Join Allison Rietta every Saturday morning from 10am to 11am at The Healthy Joint for Prana Flow. The class is comprised of traditional, balanced yoga postures (Hatha) that focus on breath, body and mind.
Under Allison’s safe guidance, she helps her students relieve symptoms with a mindfulness approach to yoga under the T. Krishnamacharya lineage (KYM). Her classes explore healthy movement and alignment of the spine and joints. The yoga sequences are arranged with purpose and offers adaptation that allow both experienced students and newcomers to work at their own speed. All levels welcome!
